Vacation

We haven't been very good about keeping the blog updated recently--this might have something to do with the fact that we have been busy chasing around a very curious 15 month old with an endless supply of energy. Or not...

In August, we took our first family vacation and spent about a week exploring northern CA. We started in Sacramento, hit the wine country around Healdsburg and Sonoma, spent several days in Mendocino, and then stopped off to visit Zia in San Francisco. We had a wonderful time and stopped to smell lots of flowers, met about 100 doggies, rode a pony, and generally slayed everyone within a 20-foot radius with Alex's powerful cuteness. Although we've posted lots of these to Facebook in recent weeks (so you may have already seen them), here are a few photo highlights from our trip.
